2. Services:  Nova Water & Air provides residential and commercial water and air filtration systems, installation, maintenance, and related services. Service availability may vary by location.

3. SMS & Communications Consent: By submitting your information, you consent to receive calls, emails, and SMS text messages from Nova Water & Air. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help.

4. Appointments & Scheduling: Service appointments are subject to technician availability. Nova Water & Air will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice.

5. Payments & Billing: All services must be paid in accordance with the agreed pricing at the time of service. Nova Water & Air reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.

6. Reimbursements: Reimbursement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require management approval before processing. All approved reimbursements are processed through our finance department within the communicated timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability: Nova Water & Air is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of equipment, failure to follow winterization procedures, or issues arising from customer-caused conditions.

8. Winterization: Winterization of water treatment systems is the sole responsibility of the customer. Nova Water & Air is not liable for damage caused by frozen lines resulting from failure to properly winterize the system.

9. Privacy: Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at novawaterusa.com/privacy-policy.

10. Changes to Terms: Nova Water & Air reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
